Why group coaching?

There is something extremely powerful about participating in a retreat as part of a group. We have found that spending time in a structured setting with other women who experience similar thoughts, experiences, and feelings, helps us to feel reassured that we’re not alone – or inadequate – or just plain crazy. It also feels more courageous and committed because we must “put ourselves out there” – and let our real self be seen. What is the maximum number of women attending a retreat?

We are committed to creating a nurturing and trusting environment where each woman feels that she is receiving personal attention. For that reason, we keep our retreats small. Maximum 12.

What if I need individual help to keep motivated/on track?

The retreat is designed to work through the first two steps (Intention & Elimination) of the Create Your Life Steps Coaching process. When you are ready, we invite you to participate in “Follow-on Sessions” that cover the other two steps (Integration & Action).

Do I have to talk openly about my problems?

No – no one is forced to talk. However, it helps you to create awareness and get the most of the other women’s input. Sometimes women start out a bit hesitantly because they are unsure what to expect and feel uncertain about how their story will be received. Once they realize that the retreat is a safe environment – and what is said there stays there – they want to open up. Sometimes it feels good to get things off your chest or to share your dreams with others. It helps you move forward.

Can I take the Steps separately?

No. The Create Your Life Steps are supposed to be taken one after the other because each one builds on your understanding and application of the previous step(s). For the moment, Steps 1 and 2 are only offered as part of the retreat weekend because it is beneficial to be away from your routine to start this process.

I find it expensive.

We do our best to balance quality offerings with cost consciousness to make our retreats and other services accessible to women. Early Bird Discount:
A 50 EUR discount is offered per person for early registration. Check the brochure for deadlines to see if you qualify.
Installment Plan:
Regardless of the offer you have chosen, you have the option of paying by installment. The installment plan starts 3 months before the retreat date (one 3rd of the price plus 50 EUR as a first installment to claim your space at the retreat) and each installment is due every month thereafter.
